KALBER DAIRY J.S. Co. was founded in 1994 under the name NASR GOSTAR ARAK Inv. Co. The first project, aimed at the production of UF cheese, started in 1997 and was completed in 2000. From 2000 to 2004, additional projects were undertaken to produce various dairy products such as yogurt, doogh, and pasteurized milk. In 2004, KALBER DAIRY began producing UHT sterilized products, including liquid milk, breakfast cream, flavored milks, and juices, using multilayer aseptic long-life packaging.
The main rule in producing high-quality dairy products, in accordance with national and international standards, is using fresh raw materials. Important factors such as employing modern technologies and new packaging machinery, having qualified experts and experienced managers, and utilizing up-to-date know-how have led the company to secure a special position in the competitive dairy market, earning substantial credit and market share. The production line equipment, based on the latest technology, is sourced from Denmark, Italy, Germany, and Iran.

The factory is located in Arak’s #1 Industrial City in Markazi province, employing more than 300 staff members. In 2004, Nasr Gostar Arak was renamed KALBER DAIRY J.S. and was subsequently listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
KALBER DAIRY Co. has obtained all necessary production licenses from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and has met Iranian national standards for all its products. These achievements enabled the company to secure the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System Certificate and the HACCP Food Health & Safety Certificate from the renowned TUV NORD Company. As a result of these successes, KALBER DAIRY Co. was honored with the Number One Dairy Award in 2012 by the Markazi Province government.
